Do Iowa schools have a problem?

Also known as skinny sipping, replacing meals with healthy shakes is a boon to help you achieve your nutrition requirement when you do not have enough time to shop or prepare for proper, balanced meals. Preparing and eating 5-6 small meals is not always practical or possible, especially if you have a certain requirement of complex carbs, protein, and fat content.

When going for meal replacement options, it does not mean you can replace all of your meals for the day with a meal replacement shake. The majority of the MRS and protein bar have high sugar content and is therefore not the most viable option.  It is highly advisable that not more than 2 of your 5-6 meals of the day should be replaced with meal replacement shakes. Stick with real diets like paleo.
